Implementation Services

Once your registration is completed, TimesheetPlus is immediately available for usage.

We will e-mail you an implementation guide. This guides you through how to add employees and it deals with how to create an employee upload file.

It explains how to configure: schedules, cost centers, time off definitions, time sheet types, holiday tables and pay rules.

It is important that you understand security profiles, approvals process and pay cycles.

If you are using data collection hardware, it is important that you contact our support department.

We will ship the selected devices with the necessary software (CommX, a piece of middleware installed behind your firewall).

Training and configuration assistance is available and can be quoted based on your expectancies.

TimeSheetPlus is designed as a “do-it-yourself” application. Support services are offered strictly as an “accelerator.” You should expect to collect time data for one-two full pay periods prior to making an interface to payroll (automatic feed).
